Email Address: davidwilson@cumarketresearch.com Just visted your site for the first time. What a treat! I travel all over Tennessee on business, and have a 6-disc CD changer filled with music from Waylon, Willie and of course, Ed Bruce. I sing along . . good thing no one else can hear me. While I love them all, my absolute favorite is The Last Cowboy Song! I remember hearing it on the radio back in the early 1980s. Thanks for such great entertainment!

Email Address: etypetdriver@aol.com Nursing a surgically recovering left foot and listeing to classic country on AOL, got to thinking of you and the happy coincidence that got us acquainted.

We're enjoying the album a lot. "last cowboy song" was new to me and made a lump in my throat. the last three songs are from my youth and I still know the words tho I've not been near a Baptist altar in years.

I'm getting more and more serious about swinging down your way on a low-flying long weekend since between Syl's singing schedule and the fact they still expect me to show up for work we're having a tough time finding a winter escape.

Just a thought now...will let you know if the E-type snorts about going to Tennessee!

Email Address: mjmabba@aol.com I have a question. Did you write and/or record "She Talked Alot About Texas"? I know Cal Smith recorded it, but I thought you had also. If you did, can you tell me what album it is on and if it is available? I talked to you many years ago when you were visiting the country radio station in New York City, and I remember I asked you if you were from Texas. You laughed and said no, and I was so disappointed I just said good-bye and hung up!! Sorry I was so rude. I have always enjoyed your music, especially "Texas When I Die". Guess you have figured out I am a native misplaced Texan.Anyway, love your work. God bless.

Email Address: dancewest@juno.com Thank you for the years and years of beautiful, true country music. If you can respond to inquiries, could you please tell me if I dreamed up a song I thought was yours, or did you indeed do a song with the recurring theme of "Ain't it funny where a man can find [beauty/a friend/Jesus]?" It touched my heart, and I would like to buy the album if you can help me find it. Many thanks.

Email Address: mandr888@att.net Ed, I lived next door to you on So. Lauderdale in Memphis during the WAR, you know the big one that as in all the papers. You also lived near me on a street off of Cummings, also in South Memphis. I'll soon be retired and live close to my daughter and grand children in horse country in Gordon County, GA. With your interests you may like to know that the guy next to us has a roping ring and raises horses.

Email Address: julie.anderson@state.tn.us Hi Ed - Just wanted to let you know I checked out your website today. It's looking good!

Would love for you to stop by our office sometime so we could all actually meet you in person - I get to talk to you on the phone a few times a month when you call Cook here at TWRA, but I've yet to officially meet you. Hope you'll come by soon. Or better yet, show up for one of our gatherings for some good food, good friends, and some pickin' & grinnin'. :) Cook displayed his expertise last time we all got together - he's pretty good, isn't he?

Take care & I hope you & yours have a wonderful holiday season.

Sincerely,
Julie, Secretary
TWRA
